What are towel clamps & accessories?

Towel clamps secure drapes to each other and to the field so the sterile boundary holds through a procedure. Both patterns stocked here lock closed: the Backhaus on a ratchet, which lets you set the clamping pressure, and the Jones on a cross-action spring, which closes under its own tension as soon as it is released.

Choosing the right towel clamps & accessorie

A ratcheted Backhaus lets you take up drape without gathering it too tightly, which matters when the clamp is holding several layers. The Jones cross-action is quicker to place one-handed. Both are pointed patterns and will perforate drape material, so place them where a puncture does not matter.
