Service Providers

Google Customer Reviews

If you opt in at checkout, we pass your email address, order number, and expected delivery date to Google so that Google can email you a review survey after your order arrives. This happens only if you choose it, and you can decline without affecting your order.

Essential Cookies

We do not record your screen or keystrokes, and session recording is switched off.

We use Google Ads conversion tracking to see which adverts lead to orders. Google may set cookies on your device for this purpose and may link them to your Google account if you have one.

Email Tracking

Our emails contain a small invisible image and redirected links, which tell us whether a message was opened and which links were clicked. We use this to tell whether our emails are reaching you and to stop sending to addresses that never receive them. Blocking images in your email program prevents open tracking.
