Spoon excavator #19 with a 2mm rounded blade used to scoop and remove soft carious dentin from cavity preparations. The concave cutting edge lifts decayed tooth structure while preserving sound dentin, and removes temporary cements and liners. This pattern is lightweight hollow handle and 2mm working width.
