23 Shepherd’s Hook Explorer - H6: 9.5mm Hollow Handle

Single-ended #23 shepherd's hook explorer, the standard explorer for everyday exams.

The curved hook tip slips around line angles and into pits, fissures and margins, giving tactile feedback for caries, calculus, overhangs and open margins around restorations.

Available with a standard Solid handle or an H6 9.5 mm hollow handle. The hollow handle is lighter and wider, which reduces hand fatigue.

Also searched for as 23 explorer, shepherd's hook, dental explorer or caries explorer.
