Rubber Dam Clamp #W8A, Molar General

Rubber dam clamp #W8A for molars.

The clamp grips the tooth just below its widest point and holds the rubber dam sheet in place, isolating the tooth from saliva for endodontic and restorative work. Place it with rubber dam clamp forceps.

Wingless (the W in the number): place the clamp on the tooth first, then stretch the dam over it. With no wings in the way, it sits lower and gives a clearer view of the tooth.

Also searched for as rubber dam clamp, dental dam clamp, rubber dam retainer or #W8A clamp.
