Rubber Dam Clamp #212 Anterior

Rubber dam clamp #212 for anterior teeth.

The clamp grips the tooth just below its widest point and holds the rubber dam sheet in place, isolating the tooth from saliva for endodontic and restorative work. Place it with rubber dam clamp forceps.

The #212 is a cervical clamp: it retracts the gum tissue on the facial side to expose Class V (gumline) cavities on front teeth. It's usually stabilized with compound once placed.

Also searched for as rubber dam clamp, dental dam clamp, rubber dam retainer or #212 clamp.
