Infant-size Molt mouth gag for holding a small child's mouth open during treatment, especially under sedation or general anesthesia.

The small jaws rest between the upper and lower posterior teeth; squeezing the handles opens the jaws, and the ratchet holds the chosen opening. Release the ratchet to close it gradually.
