Child-size Molt mouth gag for holding the mouth open during longer procedures, especially under sedation or general anesthesia.

The jaws rest between the upper and lower posterior teeth; squeezing the handles opens the jaws, and the ratchet holds the chosen opening without the patient having to keep their mouth open. Release the ratchet to close it gradually.
