Flush cut and spring hold distal end cutter with tungsten carbide edges and a long handle.

Cuts the archwire flush behind the last molar tube and holds onto the cut piece, so it can't fall into the patient's mouth. The long handle gives more leverage on heavier wire. The tungsten carbide cutting edges stay sharp longer than plain steel.
