2mm Luxating Elevator - Straight

2 mm luxating elevator for atraumatic extractions. The thin, sharp blade slides into the periodontal ligament space along the root, severs the PDL fibers and gradually expands the socket. The tooth is loosened with minimal force, preserving the surrounding bone, which matters when an implant is planned.

The 2 mm working width suits narrow roots, incisors, premolars and root tips.

Available with a Straight blade, or a Curved blade that follows root contours and reaches posterior teeth.

Use a gentle wedging and rotating motion, not leverage. Luxators are designed for cutting the ligament, not for prying.
