Stainless steel K-files for hand instrumentation during root canal treatment: negotiating canals, establishing working length, and shaping and cleaning the canal walls. Sold 6 files per pack.

K-files cut with both a filing (push-pull) and a reaming (quarter-turn) motion, which makes them the standard hand file for initial canal negotiation and glide-path preparation before rotary instrumentation. Handles are ISO color-coded so the size can be read at a glance.

Available in ISO sizes 06, 08, 10, 15, 20, 25, 30 and 45, plus a 45-80 assortment, each in 21 mm, 25 mm and 31 mm lengths. Choose the length to match the tooth: 21 mm for most anterior and posterior work, 25 mm for longer roots, and 31 mm for canines and unusually long teeth.
